Hope Academy will successfully complete its five-year charter at the end of the 24/25 school year. Our first five years have revealed an even greater need for trauma-informed educator training, student support, and wraparound services for families throughout the state. To address this larger need, Hope Academy will transition to a shared services model, integrating into preK-12 schools to support students from trauma and adverse childhood experiences. We are excited about these new opportunities to serve Arkansas families.
This transition will begin at the conclusion of the 24/25 school year at which point Hope Academy will no longer operate as an independent K-4 charter school. At the conclusion of the 24/25 school year, Hope Academy will transition to the new model. It has been an honor to serve your family and we will remain committed to your student’s growth and success throughout the remainder of this school year. Our team will work closely with each family and our local school districts throughout the Spring semester to ensure your student has a transition plan in place to support their future success. We will begin reaching out to families in mid-January to discuss the transition process.
Thank you,
Katie Drake, Principal
